Fold fabric in half Make sure selvage edges are even 4. Using a straight edge, either your 6” x 24” acrylic ruler or a yardstick, mark the outside perimeter of your cover, which is 67 1/2” x 31 1/2” . It’s helpful to start marking just inside the selvage edge. Fabric is now double-layered 31 1/2” wide
67 1/2” long
5. Place the template on a corner and mark only the line shown in red (but use your pencil or marker). Repeat for the remaining three corners.
6. Pin about every 12” or so all the way around to keep the layers together and then stay-stitch a line of stitching about 1/8” just inside your marked line. Remove the pins. 7. Cut on your marked line to remove the excess fabric. 8. Fold under 1/4” just to the left and right of each cut-out corner and serge or zig -zag to hold it in place. Along the four sides fold under 1/2” and either serge or zig-zag to hold the fold lines. On the side that has stitched-down folds, that is now the wrong-side and the side where the hook tape is stitched down. The opposite side is the right/outside. 9. Fold the fabric so that right sides are together at the corner and make a short 1/2” seam (right at the cut out corner). Repeat for the remaining corners. 10. Starting at one corner, place the hook tape on top of the stitched down folded edge and stitch along the outside edge of tape (except for the corners which are trimmed. Corner Seam 1/2”
Wrong/underneath side of cover
Hook Tape (trim off excess after stitching down)

11. Turn right side out and fit it to your Pin N’ Press table.
Tip: Use water-soluble thread when stitching down your hook tape so that it will be easier to remove for the next cover!
