CPS Middle School Band Registration Form Please return completed forms to Mr. Garde

If you played in band last year and you have your instrument at home, please bring it to school on Thursday! If you do not have an instrument yet, please don’t worry about it. If this is your first year in band, I will have you come down to the Band Room at some point soon to actually try out the instruments you have circled above.
