How to Print Blank Score Cards for Qualifier Matches

Step 1: Login your USTA Account

Login to your USTA account

Step 2: Go to the USTA League Page

Click on the “USTA League” Tab

Step 3: Select the Appropriate Team

2A: Click on the Playoff Team

Step 4: Select the Qualifer Event

Scroll down and click on the Qualifer

Step 5: Select Match Summary

Click on “Match Summary”

Step 6: Copy Match Number

Highlight and Copy your Match Number

Step 7: Return to Homepage

Click the USTA League Tab to return to the Homepage

Step 8: Click Enter Scores

Click on the “Enter Scores” Box

Step 9: Paste Match Number

Paste the Match Number in the empty box and click “Next”

Step 10: Find Blank Score Card

Scroll down and click “Print Blank Score Card”

Step 11: Print Blank Score Card

Print your Blank Score Card
