El Paso Streetcar Project Project Procurement Process – General • Two Procurement Processes: Infrastructure and Vehicles • Infrastructure Procurement process will include a Request for Qualifications and a Request for Proposals • Vehicle Procurement process will include a Request for Proposal • CRRMA Board identifies the Selection Criteria and Scoring for each Procurement • Each Procurement will include an Evaluation Committee to develop a recommendation for Board Consideration • CRRMA Board will select the Infrastructure and Vehicle Contractors 3
