Cubbies or Puggles? Cubbies covers ages 3-5 and Puggles is for kids 2-3 years old. Which club should you attend?
Grades K-2
You should attend Cubbies if both of these are true about you... 1. You will be starting school in the fall of 2015 or 2016. 2. You are potty trained. If you are starting school in fall 2017, please attend Puggles this year.
Grades 3-6
When?
What is Cubbies? Cubbies is a ministry of Bethlehem Baptist Church for children ages 3, 4 & 5. Cubbies is part of the AWANA Clubs children’s ministry which spans from age 2 to 6th grade (see back panel). Each night at Cubbies is fun filled with songs, games, puppet shows, Bible stories, and award time!!! Every Cubbie gets a vest and a book. During the week between each Cubbies meeting you will memorize 1 Bible verse from your book.

When you get to Cubbies each week, say the Bible verse you have memorized to a leader and you get a small award. • For every 3 Bible verses that you say you will earn a patch on your vest!! • At the end of the year, if you memorized all your verses, you get the big award on stage at our awards ceremony!!
Cubbies meets on Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:30pm during the school year.

We follow the Cumberland County school schedule. When there is school on a Wednesday then there is Cubbies. If schools are cancelled or let out early due to weather, then Cubbies is also cancelled.

How much does Cubbies cost? Cubbies (and all the AWANA clubs) have a one time cost for the year. This cost varies depending on what you need. For example, if you have a vest from a previous year of AWANA then you only need to purchase the book for the year. Book - $10
Vest - $10
We have a “ministry first” policy, meaning if you can’t pay for any reason, it’s no problem. We want you to come!!! That’s most important!!!
What is Puggles? Puggles is the AWANA club for kids ages 3 and under (see back page to see how to determine if your child should go to Puggles or Cubbies). Every Puggle get his or her own tshirt. Puggles learn four truths: 1. God made everything. 2. God saw it was good. 3. God is love.
4. Give thanks.
