She specializes in providing strategic advice and focused marketing campaigns for her clients. Willow is a current member ICSC and also the co-chairman for the 2013 Orlando ICSC Programs Committee. Outside of her commercial real estate experience, she also owned and operated Shou’Ture, a specialty retail boutique on Park Avenue in Winter Park, FL. Shou’Ture won “Business of the Year” for 3 consecutive years (Orlando Style Magazine, Orlando Magazine, Orlando Home & Leisure), and was featured on the Samantha Brown Travel Channel program. Willow has served as co-chairman for the Park Avenue Area Association & founded Winter Park Fashion Week. Jackie Pace, Vice President of Leasing
Vanesa Cortes, Director of Real Estate Vanesa Cortes joined the CRC leasing team in 2013 with a focus on specialty and small shop leasing. Since joining the CRC team, she has worked with numerous national and local clients as The Ancient Olive, La Bella Intimates, Subway, Domino’s and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice to name a few. Vanesa Cortes began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in 2009. The same year, she was awarded 2009 Rookie of the Year nationwide, and continuously achieved such awards as the International Diamond & Sterling Society which represents the top 1.9% of agents nationwide. In 2012, Vanesa joined the Florida CCIM Chapter Central District, is on the board of directors, and is currently working on completing her CCIM designation.
Born in Tokyo, Japan, Jacqueline Pace has resided and worked in Orlando, Florida since 1970. After having pursued studies in interior design and real estate, Jackie pursued her career in commercial leasing representing both retail and office tenants and landlords. She is a Florida licensed real estate salesperson and an active member of ICSC. Jackie joined Cursor Realty Commercial in May 2013 and serves as its Vice President of Leasing.

Shannon Holeman, Sales Associate Shannon joined the CRC team in 2014 as a Sales Associate. She has an extensive sales background with a proven track record for building and maintaining strong relationships and expediting deals to closing. Shannon's current and past relationship's range from representing developers, property owners and tenants. She graduated from UCF, holds an active Florida real estate license and is a member of ICSC.
Sandi is a commercial real estate executive with over 20 years experience. Her skills include site selection, contract negotiations, real estate management, cost analysis and property development. Sandi previously managed over 120 properties with Value Financial Services. She has been a member of the ICSC since 1998 and served on the Executive Leadership Team. She has a BA in Business Administration from Cal State.

Carrie Webb, Director of Operations
Lindsay is a graduate of Rollins College with a Bachelor's in Critical Media and Cultural Studies. She joined the CRC team in 2013 with a media relations and journalism background. Her responsibilities and talents include management of marketing initiatives and social media platforms, compilation of site packages, client outreach and creation of press releases.
Carrie oversees Cursor Realty Commercial’s day-to-day operations. Carrie spends most of her day reviewing company procedures and protocols to ensure the company runs smoothly and effectively. Some of her responsibilities include formulating policies and procedures, managing daily operational activities, formatting leases and commission submittals. 5
