coloured vermicelli Carte D'or Strawberry Topping (12x1.28kg) - For garnish

Preparation • Add sugar in half cup milk and dissolve custard powder. Heat 1 1/2 cup milk, add the vermicelli to the milk and boil.

• Stir well the dissolved custard and vanilla essence in vermicelli mixture.

• Adjust the taste and texture and keep in the fridge. Garnish with strawberry topping and serve chiled.
