CUSTOM DATA REPORT SERVICES AACN’s Institutional Data Systems and Research Center (IDS) is the nation’s primary source for data on baccalaureate and graduate nursing education. In addition to providing the current and longitudinal data on student enrollment, graduations, and faculty salaries, AACN also offers customized data reports to meet the individual needs of member institutions and other interested parties. These reports are often used for benchmarking purposes by deans and other decision-makers looking to negotiate for resources by making like-school comparisons. WHAT WE OFFER Customized reports on variables such as enrollment and graduations by type of program, or faculty salaries according to rank and degree level, can be provided for your school and comparison institutions of your choice. COST & TURNAROUND TIME The cost of a customized report will vary depending on the complexity of the report and the number of schools in the comparison group. Any difference in price will be determined prior to report production (see back of page for detailed fee schedule). There is at least a two- to three-week turnaround time for customized reports. Upon completion, the report is sent by email along with an invoice. Data relating to individual salaries or identifying individuals within a school are classified as restricted and can only be released in aggregate form. AACN is not responsible for errors in reporting by respondent institutions. FEE SCHEDULE Custom Data Report Services 1. FEE SCHEDULE FOR SALARY REPORTS (aggregate faculty/dean salary report)
*Up to 10 institutions: $150 (AACN members) Data that relate to individual salaries or that identify individuals within a school are classified as restricted and can only be released in aggregate form. 2. FEE SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN NON-SALARY REPORTS (enrollment/graduation, gender)
*Up to 10 institutions: Starts at $100 (AACN members) 3. FEE SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN NON-SALARY REPORTS (ethnicity data)
*Up to 10 institutions: Starts at $150 (AACN members) 4. FEE SCHEDULE FOR LISTS OF INSTITUTIONS (containing name of school and state) with Specific Characteristics)
$50 (AACN members) Depending on the number of characteristics requested and the amount of staff time involved, an additional fee may be charged. 5. FEE SCHEDULE FOR ALL PUBLISHED TABLES FREE! $0 (AACN members) 6. FEE SCHEDULE FOR ALL OTHER CUSTOMIZED REPORTS (specialties, clinical tracks, etc.)
Fees will be charged on a case-by-case basis as such reports are often more complex than the standard reports specified above. 7.
