Customer Care Guide Created to ensure your feedback is positively received and considered. We care for our kids and we kindly ask all parents/guardians to follow these simple procedures intended to provide speedy and effective resolutions while ensuring a good experience. THREE MAJOR CATEGORIES: Team Concerns Examples: Tournament and League choices, team’s registered division, practice times, player game time, attendance, player progression, player behavior, equipment, fields, etc. All “Team Concerns” will be brought to the attention of the Team Coach (decision maker for all team concerns). If unable to determine the best course of action, Team Coach will then address these concerns with the Head Coach, Claudia Garces, who will make a final decision on the matter. * Coaching Concerns Examples: Attendance, communication with players, and any/or inappropriate behavior. All “Coaching Concerns” will be brought to the attention of the Head Coach Claudia Garces. If necessary, the Head Coach will then address these issues with the Administrative Staff, Christian Blandon and Lilian Singh. *

Administrative Concerns Examples: Website updates, payment plans, scholarships, sponsorships, fundraising opportunities, email correspondence, rainout days, etc. All “Administrative Concerns” should be brought to the attention of Christian Blandon and Lilian Singh.

*If parents/guardians have addressed the appropriate individuals and no resolution has been found, the request may be brought to the Administrative Staff. Please contact us through email and/or by scheduling an appointment with all parties involved.
