This is your 30-day Total Wellness Cleanse™ Food Journal. Print this journal so that you can record your daily food intake and track yourself over the 30-day cleanse. We would also like you to note how you feel before, during, and after each meal. Even though space might be limited to do so on the following charts, do your best to find a way to record “how you feel”. In doing so, you will begin to understand how certain foods affect not only your body but your emotional state, as well. The more detail and accuracy you can record in your food journal, the better you will be able to notice your dietary habits and their subsequent effect on your body and emotional state. Keeping a food journal is the ultimate accountability since there is no hiding from what you write down. When you look back over your food intake, you will get a true reality check. But remember that this food journal is for you and no one else so be completely honest and write down everything you eat and drink during the 30-day program. If you cheat or slip, write it down and then move on.
