Collecting Speaker Assets for Interview Based Podcasts When you interview your guests, there are several things you’ll want to have on hand. This will lend branding to your podcast and allow you to be prepared. When scheduling your guest speakers, ask them for: • • •

A 100 – 125 word speaker bio / introduction A headshot photograph A few questions they’d like to be asked

You may choose to have a standard set of questions, to draw from when interviewing your guests. In addition to those questions, you may want to ask your guests to list a few questions that they’d love to be asked. This doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to ask each guest the same questions – but it does mean that you’ll have applicable questions at your fingertips.
