DISNEY’S MAGICAL EXPRESS Take advantage of Disney’s Magical Express Service, the latest innovation in Disney’s legendary commitment to service and convenience. With this program, you and your party will receive complimentary transportation from the Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel and back again. No need to worry about baggage claim as your luggage will magically appear at your resort.
HOW DOES DISNEY’S MAGICAL EXPRESS WORK? Book your reservation: Once you have a confirmed room reservation and finalized your airline travel, simply submit this form or call us at 866-599-0951 to book your Disney’s Magical Express reservation. We recommend providing your information at least 30 days prior to arrival. Receive your Transportation Booklet: If a Disney’s Magical Express reservation is confirmed 2 or more weeks prior to arrival, a Disney’s Magical Express booklet including general information, a map to the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center at the Orlando International Airport, transportation vouchers and one luggage tag per person will be mailed to Guests located in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Bermuda. Arrival at Orlando International Airport: Please proceed to the Disney’s Welcome Center on the B side, Level 1 of the Main Terminal. You will present yourself to the desk where a complimentary motorcoach will take you to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Luggage Delivery to the Resort: Your specially tagged luggage will be claimed at the airport, transported to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and delivered to your room. Luggage is picked up between 5am – 10pm. Returning Home: At the end of your stay, enjoy a ride on the complimentary motorcoach from your Walt Disney World Resort hotel back to the Orlando International Airport. As a resort Guest, you may take advantage of Resort Airline Check-In. Select airlines provide remote check-in allowing Guests to check their luggage and receive their airline boarding pass at their Walt Disney World Resort hotel. At this time, the service only available to those Guests flying domestically on the following airlines: Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, AirTran Airways, Delta Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines and US Airways.
