********************************************************************* OBJECTIVE: This letter serves as authorization for Creative Agency Services Team (Cast) to be in your stores between September 12th – October 9th to review the Prepaid Gift Card EndCaps.
FURTHER INFORMATION: Store Responsibilities Store Manager or Card Specialist cooperation cycle counting out of stock products. Review scope of work with Manager on Duty Locate any card inventory not on the display and provide to the service rep Inventory may be found in the office, storage room, basement trays, etc. Provide coding labels to the rep to be put up on the displays, if needed. Provide the additional display hooks received to the rep. Your store will be receiving a new display in October. The reps will not set the current display to the new POG, they will only pull discontinued products and add new products per a temporary POG they have been given. Service Representative Responsibilities: Sign in upon arrival at the store Review the Front/Drive Aisle Endcap display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Remove any remaining discontinued products Place new items on the display per the temporary POG Place the correct coding label on the appropriate peg hook. DO NOT STICK ON OUTSIDE OF PEG HOOK. LABEL MUST SLIDE IN SLOT BEHIND FACE OF PEG. Upon completion of the planogram review the CAST rep. will ask the store to print any missing labels for the planogram. Label stock used must be plain white. DO NOT USE “YOU PAY”LABEL STOCK Place the Nike Earbud blade on the corner of the display (select stores only) Place the discontinued Visa Gold Bow VGC (item 812759) in the return envelope and leave it with the store for the pickup - USPS. Review the Secondary (Pharmacy) Endcap display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Identify if Pharmacy Endcap fixture is missing based on classification Place the peg hooks and cards in the correct position if they are out of position according to the Planogram Remove the bottom sign of the center section and add a row of hooks and the appropriate products Place the correct coding label on the appropriate peg hook DO NOT STICK ON OUTSIDE OF PEG HOOK. LABEL MUST SLIDE IN SLOT BEHIND FACE OF PEG. Upon completion of the planogram review the CAST rep. will ask the store to print any missing labels for the planogram. Label stock used must be plain white. DO NOT USE “YOU PAY”LABEL STOCK Remove any remaining discontinued products Place the NetSpend blade on the corner of the display (select stores only) Review the Wireless display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Place the peg hooks and cards in the correct position if they are out of position according to the Planogram Place the correct coding label on the appropriate peg hook Upon completion of the planogram review the CAST rep. will ask the store to print any missing labels for the planogram. Remove any remaining discontinued products Review the Top of Checkout display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Place the peg hooks and cards in the correct position if they are out of position according to the Planogram If there is not sufficient inventory available for the main and pharmacy fixture, the representative can move inventory between the displays but cannot leave less than (3) cards per peg on the Pharmacy display. Check for low and out of stock products and record on the appropriate form Take pictures of the displays Clean the fixture and remove debris Review completed work with Manager on Duty, if Manager on Duty is not satisfied with completed work, please correct Check out with Manager on Duty and receive a bag check from the Manager on Duty

********************************************************************* OBJECTIVE: This letter serves as authorization for Creative Agency Services Team (Cast) to be in your stores between September 12th – October 9th to review the Prepaid Gift Card EndCaps.
FURTHER INFORMATION: Store Responsibilities Store Manager or Card Specialist cooperation cycle counting out of stock products. Review scope of work with Manager on Duty Locate any card inventory not on the display and provide to the service rep Inventory may be found in the office, storage room, basement trays, etc. Provide coding labels to the rep to be put up on the displays, if needed. Provide the additional display hooks received to the rep. Your store will be receiving a new display in October. The reps will not set the current display to the new POG, they will only pull discontinued products and add new products per a temporary POG they have been given. Service Representative Responsibilities: Sign in upon arrival at the store Review the Front/Drive Aisle Endcap display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Remove any remaining discontinued products Place new items on the display per the temporary POG Place the correct coding label on the appropriate peg hook. DO NOT STICK ON OUTSIDE OF PEG HOOK. LABEL MUST SLIDE IN SLOT BEHIND FACE OF PEG. Upon completion of the planogram review the CAST rep. will ask the store to print any missing labels for the planogram. Label stock used must be plain white. DO NOT USE “YOU PAY”LABEL STOCK Place the Nike Earbud blade on the corner of the display (select stores only) Place the discontinued Visa Gold Bow VGC (item 812759) in the return envelope and leave it with the store for the pickup - USPS. Review the Secondary (Pharmacy) Endcap display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Identify if Pharmacy Endcap fixture is missing based on classification Place the peg hooks and cards in the correct position if they are out of position according to the Planogram Remove the bottom sign of the center section and add a row of hooks and the appropriate products Place the correct coding label on the appropriate peg hook DO NOT STICK ON OUTSIDE OF PEG HOOK. LABEL MUST SLIDE IN SLOT BEHIND FACE OF PEG. Upon completion of the planogram review the CAST rep. will ask the store to print any missing labels for the planogram. Label stock used must be plain white. DO NOT USE “YOU PAY”LABEL STOCK Remove any remaining discontinued products Place the NetSpend blade on the corner of the display (select stores only) Review the Wireless display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Place the peg hooks and cards in the correct position if they are out of position according to the Planogram Place the correct coding label on the appropriate peg hook Upon completion of the planogram review the CAST rep. will ask the store to print any missing labels for the planogram. Remove any remaining discontinued products Review the Top of Checkout display to ensure correct position of products according to the Planogram Place the peg hooks and cards in the correct position if they are out of position according to the Planogram If there is not sufficient inventory available for the main and pharmacy fixture, the representative can move inventory between the displays but cannot leave less than (3) cards per peg on the Pharmacy display. Check for low and out of stock products and record on the appropriate form Take pictures of the displays Clean the fixture and remove debris Review completed work with Manager on Duty, if Manager on Duty is not satisfied with completed work, please correct Check out with Manager on Duty and receive a bag check from the Manager on Duty
