** If this applies to you: Social Security Award Letter with monthly payment amount Bankruptcy documents/ Bankruptcy discharge documents Divorce Decree Child Support or Spousal Support Court Order and printout of 12 months payment history Retirement and 401K Statement (most recent) FOR VA LOANS: Certificate of Eligibility FOR REFINANCING: Copy of Homeowner’s Insurance FOR REFINANCING: Copy of Monthly Statement
