SUFFOLK COUNTY MARINE ENVIRONMENTAL LEARNING CENTER IMPROVEMENT FUNDRAISER Last summer, we began to transform and upgrade our facility in order to offer children and adults the best marine science educational experience in Suffolk County! We are seeking your support to continue this transformation. Funds will be utilized to upgrade our fish tanks, touch tanks, wall exhibits and lighting, hatchery facilities, water quality lab, and coastal plant greenhouse. The Education Foundation for Suffolk County Extension, California Closets, and The Robins Island Foundation have already pledged generous contributions to help us reach our goal. In addition, we are seeking support from our community and local businesses to help us reach our full goal. To help us do this, we have launched a crowd-funding campaign on goodcircle.org featuring numerous levels of giving opportunities, including being showcased on our donor recognition wall. With your tax deductible donation, we can help ensure that this facility attains the status it deserves, one that showcases the incredible work of local science professionals while sparking curiosity for the next generation.
