2016 Registration Form Sign‐Up Dates @ Dorr Elementary February 27th & March 19th; 10:00am‐Noon If you’re unable to attend the sign‐up dates, forms are available to download at our website www.dorrrec.org and can be mailed with payment to: PO Box 360 Dorr, MI 49323. Please make checks payable to Dorr Recreation. OR you can register online and pay securely via Paypal.

Youth, Minors and Majors will be playing in the Tri‐Com league. 1/2 of the games will be home and the other 1/2 away. All T‐Ball games will be played at Dorr. Players must be 5‐12 age by or before April 30th of 2016. Player evaluation is April 13th & 14th @ North Park.

All players/parents will be contacted by coaches once teams are decided with season details. To adhere to state regulations, concussion forms are required to be on file prior to player evaluation. We will validate players that indicate one is already on file. Forms completed for schools or other entities do not qualify. Coaches need to complete certification.
