September 14, 2015 SMOOTHIE KING SESSION 1 (2015-2016) Dear Corpus Christi Parents: We are excited to announce that the Corpus Christi Smoothie King Session 1 will begin soon for students and staff at the Early Childhood Center. Session 1 will start on Thursday, September 25, 2015. Each Thursday at snack students participating in the program will receive their freshly prepared smoothie. This session lasts for 17 weeks and costs $47.60 for a fruit option and $51.00 for a veggie option. A portion of the revenue is returned to Corpus Christi in the form of a donation. All drinks are made with all natural ingredients and meet 3 of the 5 suggested daily servings for fruits. This year we are happy to provide three veggie options as well.* SESSION 1 DATES: September 24; October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; November 5, 12, 19; December 3, 10, 17; January 7, 14, 21, 28; February 4.** Drink selections and checks need to be returned to the school offices no later than Friday, September 18th. If your student wishes to change his/her drink after the first week, you will have to do so by the 2nd week of the cycle. The drinks we are offering to the students are listed below. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the form, indicating your drink selection and their teacher’s name. Detach and return the bottom portion of this letter with your check made payable to Smoothie King in an envelope marked Smoothie King. Cash and money orders are also acceptable. * Smoothies have been kid-tested and mother-approved. **Days missed due to field trips, changes in the school calendar, inclement weather or other acts of nature will not be re-scheduled.
