DS4075 INSTALLATION: To jump over small Conduits or Raceways: Step 1. Install DS4000B on either side of the obstacle. The DS4075 Obstacle Avoidance Fitting can transition over 1/2" and 3/4" trade size conduit, water pipe, Wiremold 500 Series, 700 Series, 2100 Series, 2000 Series, and 2400 Series Raceways. Step 2. Install Transition Couplings, tighten set screws to secure.
Step 3. Install Internal Shroud on each side.
Step 4. Install DS4000C Raceway Covers.
Step 5. Remove appropriate twistout and secure cover. Push on until it snaps in place

To use the DS4075 as a transition to Wiremold 500 Series or 700 Series Raceway: Step 1. Install 500/700 Adapter into the opening with supplied screws. If using power in both channels, seal off the other channel with another 500/700 Adapter.
Step 2. Install 500 Series Raceway per instructions.
Step 3. To cross over from the top Channel, remove the Knockout and install provided Grommet.
Step 4. Install Shroud to isolate Cables as shown.
Step 5. Install DS4000C Cover and DS4075 Fitting Cover to complete installation.
NOTE: To remove Cover or install a Tamper Resistance Kit, refer to page 6 of this instruction sheet.

To use the DS4075 as a transition to Wiremold 2400 or 2400BD Series Raceway: Step 1. Install DS4075 as before. Install 2400 Adapter in one channel for single service. For power and data, use 2400BD Series Raceway.
2400BD Channel Option A: Power from Top Channel.
2400BD Channel Option B: Communications from Top Channel.
Step 2. Route wiring through knockouts and into 2400 Series Raceway. Install Covers to complete installation.

DS4075A OFFSET FITTING INSTALLATION: Step 1. Measure the offset.
Step 2. Trim base of Fitting. Cut on side shown.

Step 4. Secure to Raceway with Adjust-to-Fit™ Coupling.
Step 3. Mount to Wall with #8 minimum Fasteners. Tighten Set Screws as Shown.

Step 5. Measure Cover distance from top of Divider.
Step 6. Trim Cover on side as shown.

Step 8. Install Elbow Cover and Inside Corner Trim.

FITTING COVER REMOVAL – Fitting Cover can be removed using two methods: Cover Removal w/650RT
Cover Removal w/Screwdriver
To make the Fittings fully tamper resistant, use part no. DSTRK. Step 1. Locate Dimple on Fitting and use as guide to drill 3/16" [5mm] hole for Tamper Resistant Screw.
Step 2. Install Tamper Resistant Screw through drilled hole in the Cover into the tab with hole on the Fitting Base.
Step 3. Installation complete.
