Dynamo Soccer Club Goal Moving Policy A “Movable Soccer Goal” means a freestanding structure consisting of at least 2 upright posts, a cross bar and support bars that is designed: to be used for the purposes of a soccer goal, to be used without any form of support or restraint other than pegs, stakes, augers, counter-weights or other types of temporary anchoring devices, to be able to be moved to different locations. “Trained Permitted Users” include Dynamo Soccer Club staff, coaches and volunteers who have reviewed and documented their understanding on this policy and received Goal Moving Training. “Soccer-Related Activity” means use of Movable Soccer Goals on Property, including without limitation, soccer games, scrimmages, practices and other similar activities. Prior to the start of the soccer season, Dynamo Soccer Club will place and secure Movable Soccer Goals on its assigned fields in accordance with Safety Guidelines. If a Movable Soccer Goal becomes unanchored or improperly secured, only Trained Permitted Users are permitted to re-secure it in accordance with Safety Guidelines. a. A warning label shall be posted on the Dynamo Soccer Club website (www.dynamosc.com) on all Movable Soccer Goals i. ONLY PERMITTED USERS MAY MOVE AND ANCHOR THESE GOALS. IF THESE GOALS ARE NOT ANCHORED DOWN, DO NOT USE IT AND CONTACT: (WHO THE COUNTY??) SERIOUS INJURY CAN OCCUR. b. Only Trained Permitted Users are allowed to move Movable Soccer Goals within parks or between parks as outlined by the Safety Guidelines. i. If a Movable Soccer Goal is moved within the same park, the Movable Soccer Goal must be returned to its original spot at the end of the Soccer-Related Activity. At the end of every season, Dynamo Soccer Club will either remove all Movable Soccer Goals that it has placed or secure such goals by placing the frames face to face and securing them with a lock and chain. Safety Guidelines a. Moving a 4x6 Movable goal i. Goal can be moved within park by Trained Permitted User. ii. Counterweight must be moved and adjusted with the new location. iii. Goal must be returned to original position at the end of the Soccer-Related Activity b. Moving a 7x21 or 8x24 Movable Goal with players i. No Children under the age of 11 are permitted to participate in moving goals. 1. Children of age are permitted to participate in moving goals within the same park, not between parks. ii. Goal moving must be immediately supervised by a Trained Permitted User. iii. Goal must be tipped forward onto face, slowly and carefully. The space immediately in front of the goal face should be completely clear.

iv. At least three persons should be on every side of the goal when moving, meaning at least 10 persons total should be moving the goal, including the supervising Trained Permitted User. v. No one should be walking backwards- only forward movement. vi. Once goal is moved, it should be properly anchored with a stake or counter-weight. vii. Goal must be returned in the same manner once the Soccer-Related activity is completed. c. Moving a 7x21 or 8x24 Movable Goal with a goal mover machine or adults only i. 2 Trained Permitted Users have to be present- no players. d. Moving all Goals between parks i. Only Dynamo Staff are allowed to move goals between parks. ii. Goals must be left at new location properly put together and anchored.
