FAQS

Any Cub Scout, Webelos, or Boy Scout. Cub Scouts must be accompanied by a guardian for the day. Boy Scouts dropped off in the morning and picked up at the end of the day. When should we sign up? Registration opens 2 months before the program and closes the Friday the week before the camp. Will I finish the merit badge or pin? Although there are no guarantees about finishing the merit badge, there will certainly be enough time for every participant to complete the requirements if care has been taken to read the appropriate materials ahead of time. What happens if I don’t complete the merit badge at the day of camp? If you finish all of your practical requirements you are encouraged to take your counselor’s phone number and set up a time to finish the oral or written requirements. What do those “*” mean on the merit badge offered section, and why is Environmental Science over both of them? Merit badges with a * indicate that there are some requirements that must be completed after meeting with a merit badge counselor that cannot be completed at camp. Environmental Science will be started on the first Saturday and completed on the second Saturday.
