Fellom Ballet Presents: Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Presented by: Fellom Ballet Date: Friday, May 11, 2018 Time: 9:30 am Location: Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts (220 E. Thomas St. Hammond, LA) Length: Approx. 70 minutes Recommended Grades: All ages! Theme: A charming & funny tale of Elfin Forest King Oberon & Fairy Queen Titania & the mischievous Puck, as their paths intertwine with humans from Athens who wander into the enchanted Elfin Forest. Take Note: The Elfin Forest creatures are invisible to the humans. A Shakespeare classic, A Midsummer Night's Dream, can be matched with State and National Arts Standards and integrated into your school's curriculum. This year's performance is suited for all school ages Pre-Kindergarten to High School Senior. It can be studied for academics in the middle school and high school levels. This production will be enjoyed by all with characters ranging from young to old. Cost: Students - $5, School Employees - No charge/No limit Chaperones - $10 (recommended: 1 chaperone per 10 students) **Everyone will need a wristband to enter the building**

HOW TO REQUEST A RESERVATION: Requests will be accepted online on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning Tuesday, February 6, 2018. Click here to request a form. *Please remember that you must pay for the number of seats reserved. This number may not be reduced. Also, cancellations are not accepted. You must pay for the original number of seats reserved. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a response by email. PAYMENT POLICY: The deadline for payment is Friday, May 4, 2018 at 4 pm (Please note that you must pay for the original number of seats reserved. This number may not be reduced.) Checks must be made out to "Southeastern Louisiana University." Cash/Credit cards is not accepted. Payments may not be split. Schools in Tangipahoa Parish must pay in person. Other parishes may mail payments, but they must arrive in time to send wristbands to the school. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are not accepted. Full payment for the original number of seats reserved is expected. WRISTBAND POLICY: Upon payment, wristbands will be issued for the total number of seats reserved. Each person (ALL children and adults) must wear a wristband to be allowed entry into the Columbia Theatre's Hainkel Hall. This policy will be strictly enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS.
