About This Trip: Dates: Friday, July 21 - Saturday, July 29 Total Cost: $1,525.00 per person (See next page for payment breakdown and fundraising information) Location: San Bartolo, El Salvador Who we’ll be partnering with: Iglesia Del Nazareno San Bartolo Who can attend: • Adults & Students currently in 9th Grade and above • Students currently in 7th Grade with at least one parent (who is not a trip leader) • Any student/child younger than 7th Grade may not attend, regardless of parental accompaniment

Important Date: - Sunday, March 5 – Application and $400.00 Deposit Due Payment Schedule (Sundays) - March 5, 2017 = $400.00 - April 2, 2017 = $281.25 - May 7, 2017 = $281.25 - June 4, 2017 = $281.25 - July 2, 2017 = $281.25 * * This is contingent on Funds raised with Fundraisers Checks can also be mailed to, Silver Creek Family Church 5326 176th St SWLynnwood WA 98037, hand delivered to me (Gary Munson) or dropped in the offering. * If you mail or drop a check in the offering, please make a photocopy of it and give it to me. That way I have record of it being submitted in case it is put in the general fund. Put “2017 El Salvador Mission Trip” in the memo line of the check.

FUNDRAISING We had our first fundraiser in October 2016 with Jewelscent where we raised $400.00. Fundraisers: February 25, 2017 – Value Village Donation Drive (Flyer Provided) March 11, 2017, Saturday – Mattress Sale (Flyer provided) * February 18, 2017 – The Fuel Stage (3rd Saturday of each month) * June, 2017 – ISA (Donations) * Silent Auction – Date TBD * If anyone would like to organize or set up a fundraiser, please let me know and we can work on that.
