Tenant invoices can be either printed or emailed. In order to email invoice first ensure you have email capability configured in GatewayLive. To do this select tools\options\email\email options.
Enter the name you wish to appear on your emails in the From name field.
Enter from and reply to email addresses in the fields provided.
Enter the office outgoing mail server details in the Mail Server field.
Where required enter in the authentication details in Login and Password as well as select the SSL encryption where applicable.
Once you have confirmed your system is set to email ensure your tenant is configured to email invoices.
Under each tenants general tab enter their email address as per below.

For each tenant select tools\email options and tick the option for Invoices.
When running the invoices wizard select the option for Email Invoices as per below.
When the batch of invoices for email appear select the send button as per below.
