PREP TIME: 5 minutes COOK TIME: 5 minutes SERVES: 1 person INGREDIENTS:
1 Rye wrap; Satay marinated tofu; Spinach leaves; 1 tomato; 1 carrot ; Cheese slices.
METHOD: 1. 2. 3. 4.
Slice tomato, grate carrot, slice/grate cheese; Grill the satay marinated tofu for 3 minutes; Slice the tofu and place on the wrap; Add spinach, sliced tomato, grated carrot and cheese.
