E-911 Implementation

Receive  PO,  send   le:er  of  agency,   and  start   working  with   phone  company  

Get  access  to   phone  system,   obtain  NENA  ID   or  DID’s  for  each   extension  and   map  out  the   extensions  

Establish   relaHonship  with   local  E911   coordinator  and   request  forms   from  phone   company  for   database  upload  

Assign  the  DID’s   to  the  extensions   in  the  phone   system  and   program  the   phone  system  to   send  DID  out  on   E911  

Enter  the  data   from  the  school   district  into  the   phone   company’s   database  forms  

Request  tesHng   date  with  E911   coordinator  and   test  from  each   building/locaHon
