18” wooden cut out birds have been generously donated by The Rensselaer County Legislature's. (ONE PER YOUTH)
(8x10 or larger– matted or framed) Photos will be displayed in the poultry barn after being judged on August 31st during the General Interest Judging at the Schaghticoke Fair on Monday, August 31st from 1-7:30pm.

Create your dream bird or create a bird that looks like one of your own at home! Wooden birds will be placed inside of cages for display in the Poultry Barn. This contest will be judged at the Schaghticoke Fair on Saturday, September 5th judges will be looking at overall cage and chicken appearance as well as written information entry card. Wooden Poultry Order Form Orders are due into the 4-H Office no later than Friday July 17th, 2015. There will be no exceptions! Please note : One wooden poultry per youth, notice will be given as soon as the birds arrive for pick up.
