bespoke options flush doors with flush sidepanels or overpanels
In order to achieve larger looking and ‘secret doors’, we’ve introduced our flush doors that have no visible frame jambs or sections where they meet a boarded panel above or to the side of the door. These doors are also flush with the frame jambs and always come in the e80 range. See llustrations on page 30 and image.
oversized doors – up to 1.5m x 3m
Our oversized external doors can be made up to 1.5m wide x 3m tall including frame. These doors would be made as a bespoke construction, similar to our e80 range, but with bespoke steel reinforcement and insulation. See image on page 28 and illustration on page 30.

Flush glass in vision panels and side lites creates a doorset with no visible frame jamb to the side of the door, and no beading on the edge of the vision panel. what’s in a door All of our designs, shown on the previous pages, are custom made up to 1200 x 2400mm in the e80 and e80 pivot ranges and up to 1100 x 2200mm in the e98passiv range. We are able to achieve much larger doors on a bespoke basis up to 1500 x 3000mm, you can read more about these options on p.29. passive house The fully certified e98passiv is a highly insulated doorset made with a steel reinforced core and achieving up to 0.8W/m2K and 32db sound insulation with an airtightness up to class 3. The doors achieved Passive House certification in October 2013. These doors are available in most of the Urban Front contemporary door designs (including vision panels with triple glazing) and in all of our hardwoods including Iroko, European Oak, American Black Walnut and Fumed Oak. The doors are made with triple rebates, steel reinforcement and various bespoke sizing going up to a maximum of 1100mm wide and 2200mm high. In particular, we’ve upgraded our up and over doors giving them an overhaul to increase the insulation and weight capacity. We’ve also improved the motor options available to allow for entry systems and your living requirements. passive house The fully certified e98passiv is a highly insulated doorset made with a steel reinforced core and achieving up to 0.8W/m2K and 32db sound insulation with an airtightness up to class 3. The doors achieved Passive House certification in October 2013. These doors are available in most of the Urban Front contemporary door designs (including vision panels with triple glazing) and in all of our hardwoods including Iroko, European Oak, American Black Walnut and Fumed Oak. The doors are made with triple rebates, steel reinforcement and various bespoke sizing going up to a maximum of 1100mm wide and 2200mm high.
