Book and make payment with entry CAMPING for up to 3 days ,per truck, float or tent . Book and make payment online with entry. Use special request box online to show how many nights yarding/ camping ,arrival date. COMPANION HORSES (please note condition 9 below ) Preference is for online payment via internet banking. Horses/ponies may be led or ridden at walk only around perimeter of arenas MEP IS A SMOKE FREE VENUE-no smoking on the grounds ALL MANURE /HAY TO BE CLEARED UP FROM YARDS AND PARKING AREA; RUBBISH TO BE TAKEN AWAY; ANY HOLES DUG BY HORSES TO BE FILLED. No sitting on arena fences while competition running; spectators to be at least 15m from arenas . CONDITIONS 1. All Classes will be run under ESNZ and DNZ rules 2a. Registrations of horse/pony must be current for all graded classes. . Riders must be either Community or Full Members of ESNZ. Community Membership is free- go to ESNZ website to join 2b. Introductory classes are for horses/ponies who are currently not registered with ESNZ. Also are CN-C2(as below) 2c. CN- C2 classes are for category N riders(no grading points ) , C1 (no grading points above level 1) and C2 (no grading points above level 2 or above ESNZ Novice Horse Trials) 3. Competitors are restricted to no more than 3 tests per horse/pony per day. 4. Bridle numbers must be worn; ID tags must be used at all other times.Stallions must wear ESNZ ID and abide by ESNZ rules. 6. The organising committee reserves the right to alter or amend the programme or prize money as it sees fit. In the event of less than 4 entries in any class, prizemoney will be reduced to value of entry fee. 7. Grading scores(57%) must be achieved to earn prizemoney or prizes in graded classes 8.Late entries + $5 per class- to go on a wait list until a place is available in the class resulting from a scratching. 9. Companion horses- please pay $10 online or on the day- must obtain a back number on arrival. May be ridden but MUST be under control at all times and not disruptive to other competitors 10. All Tests from current Dressage NZ Official Test Book 2013 or ESNZ/FEI Web site. 11. MEP is happy to have dogs on the grounds but please keep on a lead at all times,or confined. 12. All tests may be commanded - whips may be carried in all tests 13. Stabling is also available at the Waterlea Racecourse at $5 per night, Please make own arrangements - Phone 5788599. 14. Draw will be posted on www.sportsground.co.nz/marlboroughdressage No phone enquiries please. 15. Refunds- requests for refunds must be emailed to Marlborough Dressage - [email protected] within 7 days of the event . Refunds will only be made when a vet or doctors certificate is supplied, or at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be less admin and online fees 16. Overall Trophies will be presented at completion of final event. Riders must have attended 2 of the 3 days per level, in order to qualify for series chanpionships. An unmounted prizegiving will be held at the completion of each days event. Riders must be attired as for the dressage test. Rule 485 applies- riders must be present or prizemoney/prize is forfeit.
