Equipment Maintenance Management Program – 936A The Division of Purchase & Contract has a Statewide Term Contract with the Remi Group, LLC (Remi Group) to provide an Equipment Maintenance Management Program. This contract was recently amended to reflect a new contract end date and point of contact. Please note, this is a convenience contract for state departments, most state agencies, and state higher education institutions (except under the conditions specified in G.S. §115D-58.14(a) and G.S. §116-13). Statewide Term Contract 936A may also be utilized by nonmandatory state agencies and other eligible entities.
