Eastern Star Church Scholarship Deadline - The ESC Scholarship deadline is TOMORROW. To view scholarship requirements, visit our website by clicking on the NEWS tab. All completed application packets must be postmarked by June 26 to be considered. The C.R.E.W. – Join The C.R.E.W. (ages 18-35) for We Be All Night: A Conversation about Love, Sex, and Relationships on June 30 at the Main Campus from 7 – 9 p.m. as they discuss how to have healthy relationships, dealing with sexuality while single, and more. Afterwards, join The C.R.E.W. for fellowship at Main Event Entertainment with eMerge, Mt. Carmel Baptist Church’s young adult ministry. For more information, email [email protected]. No Children’s Church – There will be no Children’s Church on July 2. Children’s Church will resume on July 16. Office Closed/No Bible Study - In observance of Independence Day, the Eastern Star Church Office will be closed, July 4. There will be no noon or evening Bible Study July 4-6. Bible Study will resume July 11 at 7 p.m. at the Fishers Campus, July 12 at noon and 7 p.m. at the Main Campus, and July 13 at 7 p.m. at the Cooper Road Campus. Baptismal Services - The next baptismal services are July 9. Registration is required and must be completed by July 5. You must be a member to participate. Registration is available on our website or by calling (317) 591-5050 ext. 221. Minority Health Fair Park & Ride - All senior citizens, ages 55 and up, are invited to attend IBE’s Summer Celebration Minority Health Fair on July 13, from 3-8 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center. Free health screenings and information will be provided. The Eastern Star Church Main Campus will be a Park & Ride location with the bus leaving promptly at 1:30 p.m. If you would like to ride the bus, visit the Ministry Area after service to sign-up. Registration deadline is July 2. For more information, call (317) 591-5050 ext. 115. Vacation Bible School - It’s time for Vacation Bible School! VBS will be held July 18-20 at the Cooper Road Campus from 6:30 – 8 p.m. where we will focus on God, the Creator, and His original design for our relationship with Him. There will be classes and activities for all ages to participate. For more information, call (317) 591-5050 ext. 154. There will be no noon or evening Bible Study during the week of VBS. Baby Dedication - Baby Dedication will be held on July 23 at all three campuses. Registration is required and must be completed by July 19. At least one parent must be a member to participate.
