EVENT CHECKLIST A GENERAL LIST FOR ALMOST ALL EVENTS!

Events lasting longer than a weekend usually require more packing, but the list below will cover 80% of events! When packing, the time of year and weather make some items below optional. Also, it’s a good idea to label your belongings when lots of people are sharing the same space! £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £ £

What not to bring... • Cell phone use may be limited, depending on the event. Youth phones brought to events can be stored in a locked area. Parents will be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness. • Items that are expensive or irreplaceable • Anything not allowed in our Covenant including but not limited to knives, drugs, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and alcohol. Electronics Because we are there to be with each other, the use of cell phones, Discmans, IPODS, MP3 players and electronic games will be limited. You may bring them, but they will only be allowed during free time and at night for sleeping. Lost and Found We will make every effort to return lost and found items. You can help ensure nothing is lost by marking all items for easy identification with a permanent marker or laundry label. Items found after an event will be kept until the end of the month and may be claimed by description. All remaining items will be donated to a community help organization. The Diocese of West Missouri is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen clothing or equipment.
