Eventing 2016/2017 Competition Outline Eligible Classes All classes run under ESNZ Eventing Rules from 10 September 2016 until 25th February 2017. Points Allocation Points will be allocated according to a thoroughbred’s placing and performance in each series class as per the table below: Placing Points Event Rating (Cross Country Level)

In the event of a tie then the placings shall be decided by a count back of the highest placings of the rounds that incurred points for the season. TiES Registered Horses will be placed independently from the overall class results and will be available on the website as soon as possible following the event. Series Period The TiES Competition starts from 10 September 2016, Eventing Canterbury Horse Trial at McLeans and ends on the last event before the National 2DE being the last event for the series. It is anticipated that the series prize giving will take place during the 2017 National 3 Day Eventing Champs at Taupo, though this will be confirmed at a later date. Please note: that this competition is run by ESNZ National Office, Event Secretaries and Organising Committee’s will not be able to provide results or information.
