WELCOME BACK!!! BJHS ORIENTATION & SCHEDULE PICK-UP
4:30-7:00 Tuesday, August 8th
On Tuesday, August 8th, we will host orientation meetings for BJHS parents and students. Student schedules and locker information will be passed out at this time (locker fees are $5.00 and each student is required to have a locker this year). The orientation sessions will be held in the BJHS cafeteria: 7th GRADE will begin at 5:30 pm, and 8th GRADE will begin at 6:15 pm. During the sessions, Mr. Barrentine and staff members will be discussing our new programs for the upcoming year and the expectations we have for our students. Before and after the meetings, students will have an opportunity to practice opening their lockers, as well as tour the school to find classes and become familiar with their school. If you are unable to attend the orientation, the building will be open on Thursday, August 10th, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm for students to meet staff members and tour the school. BJHS OPEN HOUSE

We are excited to welcome you to our “1st Annual Back to School Bash!” on Thursday, August 10. We will host our Open House outside on the front lawn! It will be tailgate style meet-n-greet, where you can meet all of your teachers and enjoy some yummy snacks! You will not want to miss it! The school will be open for our students to tour and see the layout of the building and where things are located before we start school on Monday! At this time, we will also have BJHS Student Council members present as guides and in our bookstore so that students may purchase school supplies! We look forward to seeing you next week!!
