This is the perfect routine to complete when you’re traveling or out of town! It’s a total body sculpting workout you can do anywhere, no equipment needed! Let’s get started right meow...

Begin with feet a little wider than hips-width, your toes pointed outwards and paws up. Jump straight up in the air and land with control in a squat position, touching hands to knees. Repeat 8 times!

cat cow extension

Begin on hands and knees, spine neutral. Extend your left arms straight in front of you as you stretch your right leg back. Using your core for stability crunch in to bring opposite elbow to knee before extending back out. Repeat 8 times and switch sides.

pouncing kitty

Begin in standing position. Lunge back with your right leg, keeping knee behind your toes. Drive your weight into your left foot as you jump up to bring your right knee up to your chest before landing back into a lunge. Repeat 8 times and switch sides.

purrrfect abs

Begin on your back with legs in front of you and arms up behind your head. Your body should create a straight line from hands to feet. Use your core to crunch up, raising your entire body up and bringing both knees in to your chest. Repeat 8 times.

Kat booty

Start in a traditional high plank position. Shift back into a downward dog position as you lift your heel up to the sky with your knee bent. Lower your leg as you shift back into plank before repeating with the other leg. Repeat a total of 8 reps on each side.

side plank cat dips

From a high plank, shift onto a side plank with your legs stacked or staggered and arms in a “T” position. Keeping your arm strong and core engaged, dip your hips down towards the ground and come back up. Repeat 8 times and switch sides.

jumping whiskers

Begin with feet slightly wider than hips-width apart. Squat down and back before exploding up into a jump, your legs and arms out like whiskers. Land with control and repeat 8 times!
