Provide the dimensions of your tabletop display: Height:___________ Length:___________ (Please contact ECNE if NOT using a table top display.) I would like ECNE to supply a company ID sign ($85 fee if the sign has to be ordered. We keep signs from year to year, so many of you have a sign in storage at our office.) I have my own signage. I would like my table next to ________________________________________________________________ and/or away from __________________________________________ (we will do our best to honor your request)
I will have a spouse or non-industry guest with me ($40 fee). Guest name for badge: _______________ Note: this is intended for people not employed by your company or representing your company. Additional company representatives must purchase an Exhibit Hall Pass. ECNE will host an informal meet and greet reception the evening of Wed. 3/11, from 5:00-6:00pm. I plan to attend the reception.

Exhibit Fee includes: one free conference registration, a 6 foot skirted table and all electrical charges. Each additional table includes 1 Exhibit Hall Pass. Additional Hall Passes can be purchased for $185/260 each. Per hotel policy: no outside power strips or cords. ECNE members may elect to be invoiced for the fees. Registration fees are not refundable after Feb. 25th. I plan to attend the reception. The Conference Registration Desk opens at 9:00 AM for Exhibitors and Exhibitor Guests. Pick up your conference materials and name badge at the registration desk after 9:00 am. Your name badge is required for entry into exhibit hall and for meals. Two beverage tickets for Thursday evening’s reception are included in the registration fee. Exhibit set up is on Thursday from 9:00 AM – Noon. Utility attendees will break for lunch in the Exhibit Hall from Noon until 2:00 PM. At 2:00 PM the utility conference sessions will resume until 4:30 PM. At 4:30 PM the reception begins in the exhibit hall. Tear down immediately follows the end of the reception at 6:00 PM. A block of rooms is available at the Crowne Plaza Cromwell Hotel. Call (855) 914-9606 and state that you are with the Energy Council to access our room block and to receive a rate of $109 per night, plus tax.
