Standard Features • Top is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel • Work height is 36” • Two pieces of 14-gauge U-channel are welded and glued under the top for strength and sound deadening • 14-gauge leg rails that run the entire length of the unit • Full extension dry drawer system is sized to hold 12” x 20” x 6” deep hotel pans. Constructed with heavy gauge stainless steel slides • Handles are recessed black plastic and held in with a positive lock system • Units are standard with unfinished ends • One year parts and 90 day labor standard warranty

Specifications Top is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel, with integral 2.12” (5cm) square nosing on front and 4.00” (10cm) high by 2”.00 (5cm) thick backsplash on rear. Dry Drawer System is sized to hold 12" x 20" (30cm x 51cm) pans. Drawer tracks are 11-gauge stainless steel and mounted to galvanized interior sides. The bottom top and back are constructed of galvanized material. Rollers are made of self-lubricating Delrin material and do not require any grease. Intermediate tracks are removable without tools. Drawer boxes are designed to allow easy grip of pan flanges. Drawers are constructed with a stay shut feature that holds the drawer front to the base front on uneven floors. Drawers will accommodate 4.00" or 6.00" deep pans. Slots are provided for optional adaptor bars to accommodate fractional and full size pans. Legs - Unit is mounted on 6.13” (16cm) high adjustable stainless steel legs.
