FACT SHEET: Paddle Penn’s Landing The Paddle Penn’s Landing program will return for its 4th year, offering opportunities to test your skills at kayaking or pedal boating in one of the swan boats. Single kayaks, tandem kayaks, and swan boats made for two are all available for rental. The Penn’s Landing Marina is located at 201 S. Columbus Blvd. at Dock Street. The Marina has convenient parking in nearby lots, and can be easily accessed by public transit. Paddle Penn’s Landing Saturday, May 10 – Saturday, September 6 Paddle Penn’s Landing will run Saturdays and Sundays in May from 12 – 5PM. For extended summer session times, please refer to the Delaware River Waterfront Corp’s website.
