FACT SHEET: Paddle Penn’s Landing Paddle Penn's Landing is a rare opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts, families and anyone else looking for a cool summer activity to get out onto the Delaware in a safe and supervised environment. Paddle or pedal your way around the Penn’s Landing Marina, with great views of the Olympia, the Becuna, the Moshulu and many more boats. The program is managed by Hidden River Outfitters, Philadelphia’s premier kayak outfitters and works in conjunction with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Department to offer FREE kayaking and swan boating to its teen campers. Paddle Penn’s Landing Saturdays and Sundays, May 25 - September 8, 12 – 8PM Location: Marina at Penn's Landing. The Marina is located just south of the Great Plaza (101 S. Columbus Blvd.) at Columbus Blvd. and Dock Street.
