FURTHER COLLEGE REGISTRATION DETAILS A. ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION NOTES: ACCO 1030 • Note that there are exams on selected Friday afternoons (3:00 – 4:30); these exam are not every Friday. MATH 1400 • If the result of your ALEKS recommended MATH 1390 (Finite Mathematics), then we will replace MATH 1400 with MATH 1390; you will then complete MATH 1400 in the spring semester. • If the result of your ALEKS recommended MATH 1450, you MAY replace (but not required) MATH 1400 with this more challenging calculus course. Either MATH 1400 or 1450 will satisfy the calculus requirement. • If you earned a 4 or 5 in AP Calculus (AB), your math requirement is fulfilled/done; the next course would be either BUAD 1560 or ECON 1103 based on availability. • If you earned a 3, 4 or 5 in AP Calculus (BC), your math requirement is fulfilled/done; the next course would be either BUAD 1560 or ECON 1103 based on availability. ENGL 1001 • If you earned a 4 in AP English Language/Literature and Composition, you earn credit for ENGL 1001 and are eligible to enroll in ENGL 1002. • If you earned a 5 in AP English Language/Literature and Composition, you earn credit for ENGL 1001 and 1002; consult an advisor for next course. BUAD 1060 • This is a one credit excel course • ½ the freshmen take the course in fall; the other ½ enroll in the spring semester B.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MAJOR • If you are planning to major in INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, there is a minimum competency in a second language required. • You need to complete the second language on line placement exam at http://www.marquette.edu/fola/ • SWAP your history or science course with the language class recommended by the on line exam. AP SCORE INFORMATION • If you earned AP credit in courses OTHER than what you are registered for, this will not affect your fall schedule. These credits will count toward graduation. • If you receive your AP scores after attending SPARK and you earn credit for courses you registered in, email your score to Dean Terrian ([email protected]) and he will adjust your schedule.
