March 2017 FYHL Members: Falmouth Youth Hockey League (“FYHL”) will have Walk-In Registration the week before tryouts. Please check the website www.falmouthyouthhockey.com for those dates. If these times are not convenient, you may drop your registration at the Falmouth Ice Arena Main Office Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Acceptable Methods of Payment will be: Cash, Check, MC, and VISA. FYHL is committed to providing the best all round hockey experience for its players at the lowest cost possible. For the 201718 season FYHL will implement skills sessions and off ice training in response to the recent members survey where the majority of the responses indicated that these additional programs would be of benefit at an increased tuition. We are pleased that the majority of the members surveyed are in favor of increased tuition to add more ice time and off ice training. This season’s tuition will include 3 on ice sessions (including 1 APT skills) per week for all A, B and C teams to November 30 th, and after November 30th, 2 on ice sessions per week. Off ice training by APT will be included also at the Falmouth Ice Arena after December 1st . All Tuition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. Fees for the 2017-2018 season are listed on the registration and payment plan forms. All outstanding fees for prior seasons must be paid in full before 2017-18 tryouts for a player to be eligible for tryouts. If you are a new member to FYHL, you MUST provide a copy of your player’s Birth Certificate and if you coming in from another organization you must provide a financial release form to the office before tryouts. For players who are not Falmouth or Mashpee residents, please note that MA hockey rules limit the number of non-residents on FYHL youth and girls teams (not Cape Cod storm). FYHL reserves the right to limit the number of non-residents to these teams at its discretion to comply with MA Hockey rules. Deposits are refundable if residency rules prevent FYH L from placing a player on a team. Payment Plan form MUST be completed and submitted with FYHL Registration Form. You will also be required to complete a “consent to treat form”, parent and player ethics form. These forms can be found on the website if you register online. USA Hockey Online Registration will be available on April 1st. Please make sure to register for the 2017-2018 Season. FYHL and USA Hockey will not offer refunds if you register for the wrong Season. All FYHL participants, including coaches, are required to be register with USA Hockey. You will need to register at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com. Once registered you will receive an email with a confirmation receipt from USA Hockey, please forward a copy to [email protected]. This document is required at time of spring tryouts, if applicable, but NO LATER THAN April 30th and no one may take the ice prior to providing this registration.
