Open to all parents and caregivers with children aged 2 - 18 years. Learn and Practice 5 essential communication skills in this 8 week series. Wednesdays. Feb 1 - Mar 22 5:30 - 7:30 at Owego FRC On site childcare is provided at no cost.

Parents, Grandparents, and other Caregivers participate with the young children in their care. Please contact the local Family Resource Center if you have special needs.
