“GOD’s Garden” GOD looked around his garden And found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth And saw your tired face. He put his arms around you And lifted you to rest GOD’s garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never Get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids And whispered, “Peace be thine”. Therese Edwards To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A time to be born….and so it was on June 18, 1973, Therese Edwards, 43, of Mooresboro, NC was born in Rutherford County to the late Al Edwards and Earnestine Logan Edwards. And a time to rest…... Therese peacefully transitioned on June 10, 2017 at Carolinas Healthcare System-Northeast in Concord, NC. Therese was a graduate of East Rutherford High. She enjoyed drawing and attending church. Therese was preceded in death in addition to her father by grandparents, Derius and Lovie Logan and Mildred Martin; and aunt, Gladys Griffin and an uncle, Derius Jogan, Jr. Those that remain..... to cherish loving and fond memories in addition to her mother, is her three sisters, Annette Edwards, Lisa Edwards and Barbara Paschal; two brothers, Derrick Edwards and Lemuel Edwards; an aunt, Christine Abrams and a host of other relatives and friends.
