PITCHING: 12 times UST pitchers have earned NCAA All-‐American awards in the last 16 years! CATCHING: UST’s catcher’s have given up an average of just 7 stolen bases a year, earning All-‐ Region Awards 8X’s & All-‐American 4 x’s! 33 NCAA All-‐Americans in the last 20 years!
4-‐DAY ON-‐GOING CLINICS Sundays: January 11, 18, 25, February 8 PITCHING: Session 1a: 12:30-‐3:00 pm CATCHING: Session 1b: 12:30-‐3:00 pm HITTING & DEFENSIVE SKILLS Session 2: 3:30-‐6 pm Cost: $125 (10 Hours) $25 off total if doing two sessions
4-‐day on-‐going clinic designed to work on something new each session and to improve upon last session’s lessons.

HITTING & DEFENSIVE SKILLS: Grades 7-‐12: Emphasis: Hitting & Short Game Instruction coordinated with drill work each day. Video Analysis w ith a print out given to each camper. Defensive skills in a practice format similar to a high-‐level college practice Mastering the Mental Game

PITCHING: Grades 7-‐12: Emphasizes: Basic & Advanced Pitching Instruction Drill work & video Analysis Maximize Movement Pitches w/ Velocity Mastering Command of the Strike Zone Using Sports Psychology to gain a Presence Calling a game to set’m up & sit’m down Mechanical Faults Correction Lots of drills and opportunities to throw live each day. Catchers from the catcher’s clinic will be catching the pitchers and you may pair up with your catcher if she is attending.
What to Bring: Please label all of your belongings. Bat, batting gloves & fielding gloves. Some bats w ill be available. Catchers: Catching gear. Pitchers non-‐floor-‐marking tennis shoes Where: University of St. Thomas’ McCarthy Gym South Campus Off Corner of Grand & Cretin Turn into Grand Avenue Entrance on Campus & go past parking ramp & take first left. Gym is on left.
CATCHING: Grades 7-‐12: Emphasizes: Being a receiver and not a retriever! Dependable blocking, The Psych of a Leader. Throwing accuracy plus efficiency through instruction and quick exchange drills. Framing & receiving to help get more strikes There will be lots of drills and opportunities to catch pitchers throwing live each d ay.
