Youth Bible Study: resumes today, April 8th. Deacon’s Meeting will be this evening, April 8th at 7:00 PM in the Coeds for Christ Classroom. Finance Meeting will be Monday, April 9th at 6:00 PM in the conference room. Golden Agers Breakfast will be Monday, April 9th. Our speaker for the breakfast this month will be the Ben Standlee. Breakfast is served beginning at 8:30. Everyone is welcome. Men’s Disciple Group: Meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 AM. Wednesday Night Children and Youth Activities: This Wednesday night activities for Children and Youth are suspended. They will resume April 18th. OCC Craft Night will meet on the second Thursday of each month. Next meeting will be April 12th at 5:00 PM. Fifth Sunday Lunch/Ministries Meeting will be on April 29th. Please bring a dish and enjoy our church family fellowship and then stay for our quarterly business meeting. Operation Christmas Child: April Items: WOW Items such as stuffed animals, small dolls and soccer balls. There are also stars available on the item of the month board! The Resource Room is on the west side of the sanctuary, accessible from the foyer or hall. Take advantage of a wide range of free resources that are available. Donations and suggested topics welcome. Annie Armstrong Offering: Our offering for Annie Armstrong totaled $2,621.00. We will have a Youth Mission Trip Meeting next Sunday evening at 5:00 PM for those students who are interested in going on the Mission trip this summer. Save the Date: First Baptist Church VBS will be June 24-27 from 5:30-8 PM. VBS will be for all children completing grades PK-5th. Also, please be carefully considering how you would like to help in this ministry. If interested in helping in any way please contact Kayla McLarty at 940447-4619.

April 8, 2018 Africa Mission Trips for 2018 Welcome Children Dismissed Cornerstone How Great is Our God

1. First Trip dates are April 30th—May 11th: We have a group of seven who will be making this trip. Team Members include David Warren, Randal & Beverly Kinnibrugh, Joy Self, Jo Reimer, Sherri Edwards (Vernon) and Chris McLain (Pastor at First Baptist Crowell). Please begin praying for the team. 2. The Second trip will be late November –Early December. The dates on the second trip will be set at a later date.
