FEASTival Ticketing Terms & Conditions Published: Monday, 24 November 2014 1. No refund is given on any ticket sold as otherwise specified by the seller. 2. You may transfer your ticket to another person provided SeaLink are notified of the recipient’s name so they can advise the event producer. 3. The right is reserved by FEASTival to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute events and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and the audience capacity. 4. Every effort will be made to ensure the event you attend is safe from injury or adverse weather conditions however as some events are set up in outdoor locations and in unique venues, no responsibility will be taken for any damage to property or injuries incurred. 5. Event Cancellation. If the event is cancelled by the organiser for any reason we will endeavour to transfer you to another event (price difference to be paid) or provide a full refund -‐ less the ticketing/booking fee. 6. You will not be let into an event without a ticket. Entry to all events will be by presentation of the ticket that has been issued by SeaLink. This will be checked against a Manifest of names, booking numbers, Identification where required (such as for events serving alcohol), and any other relevant information held by the event organiser at point of entry to ensure authenticity. 7. Entry tickets do not include coach transfers; these must be booked and paid for in addition to the event ticket. 8. To the best of our knowledge, the information provided for each event is accurate and current. We do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information.
