Steps to getting involved: 1. 2.
Stop into the Main Office and find out about sports and activities TJ offers Contact the coach/sponsor –let them know your interested, attend an informational meeting if one is scheduled!
3. Check for your “Orange Card” eligibility-you must have a current physical and parent permission form in order to participate in athletics in the state of Iowa. Check your status with Mrs. Patterson in the main office. 4. Turn in your Orange Card to your coach and get to practice! 5. Make a commitment to STAY involved! Being involved in extra-curricular activities makes for a fulfilled high school experience!
