GENERAL PRICE LIST **They are subject to change without notice** “ Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to received a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.” On the following pages you will find a detailed description of the services and merchandise, with their corresponding prices, that are offered by our funeral home. The Federal Trade Commission requires that funeral homes use certain specific language in their disclosures. Your counselor will answer any questions you may have. The Statement of Funeral Goods and Services is the final authoritative statement (contract) of the arrangements you have made and will specifically identify your final selections, the prices, and those goods and services that you have selected. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, the funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing in the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.(You will note that we offer Personalized Service Program Packages. BASIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF ......................................... $1,195.00 This is the basic charge to each family which we service for our professional expertise in assisting them. It includes, but is not limited to, a proportionate share if the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses necessary to serve the public in a professional manner. Also included in this charge is the consultation with the family, clerical and administrative services, preparation and filing of necessary permits, consultation with the clergy, cemetery, crematory or common carrier, planning the funeral or memorial service, and placement of obituary notices. There will be an additional charge for the direction and supervision of each service requested or required. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select.
