NLL/Financial Aid Agreement Policies and Procedures
NCAA Bylaw: 13.9 Letter-of-Intent Programs, Financial Aid Agreements NCAA Bylaw: 13.9.1 Requirements for Offer of Athletically Related Financial Aid The following requirements must be met before an institution may provide a written offer of athletically related financial aid (per Bylaw 15.3.2.3) to a prospective student-athlete: (a) A high school or preparatory school prospective student-athlete must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center; (b) A high school or preparatory school prospective student-athlete must be placed on the institution's institutional request list (IRL) with the NCAA Eligibility Center; and (c) A high school, preparatory school or transfer (if applicable) prospective student-athlete must complete the amateurism certification questionnaire administered by the NCAA Eligibility Center.

Individuals and Departments Involved: 1. Head Coach 2. Compliance Office 3. Financial Aid Office 4. Athletics Business Office 5. Athletics Director
Procedure: 1. The head coach will complete the NLI/Scholarship Request Form through ACS. 2. The Compliance Office will create the official National Letter of Intent and Financial Aid Agreement and have signed by the Financial Aid Office. 3. The Athletics Director (or someone designated by him) will sign the National Letter of Intent and Financial Aid Agreement. 4. Both the National Letter of Intent and Financial Aid Agreement will be delivered to PSA by the Compliance Office by mail or email. 5. The prospective student-athlete will return both documents to the Compliance Office within 7 days of issuance. 6. Compliance will send the signed packet to the conference office within 14 days, and file under the prospect’s ACS profile.
