PARTNER PLEDGE FORM
Each Partner commits to giving a minimum of $5,000 annually (for you and a spouse/significant other) to create the Partner Pooled Fund — the ongoing source of SVP’s funds for 'time + money' grants. Partners provide input into selecting innovative non-profits for funding. For those 35 years of age or under, the Partner contribution is $2,500. If you give a gift of $10,000, you are entitled to nominate a third Partner for one year.

Payment can be made as follows: Cheque: Please make payable to BC Social Venture Partners Foundation. Mail your cheque with your completed form to the address on this form. Upon receipt of payment, a tax receipt will be emailed to the address provided.

Securities: This option provides a tax benefit if the value has appreciated since you purchased the stock. Please contact us and we'll put you in touch with our investment advisor to handle the details of your transfer. Time Commitment We are sensitive to the fact that time is limited. We have developed efficient and effective means of engaging each Partner and their significant other that allows maximum flexibility as to when and how you choose to get involved. The menu of choices includes; participating in one-time events, sharing your expertise occasionally or on an ongoing basis (e.g. Investee Engagement, Committee or Board member), connecting to other philanthropists and prospective partners in the community, or getting involved at a later date, when you have time. My desired level of time commitment is:
