Financial Hardship Application K24 offers a Financial Hardship Application for our customers that are facing short or long-term financial difficulties, which have affected their ability to repay their current loan on time. If your current circumstances mean you are unable to keep your commitment to K24, please complete The Financial Hardship application form — this will allow us to consider a more suitable payment solution for you. K24 can only consider your request if the information provided is enough to reasonably assess your financial situation and is supported by official documents regarding your situation. Depending on your situation, you may need to provide a separation certificate, Centrelink income statement, medical certificate, bank statements, etc. We will advise what documents are required within 3 business days of receiving your completed application.
